How often should blood tests be done?

Our medical staff recommends a wellness blood test to be performed yearly as this can catch any early stages of diseases. If bloodwork returns normal, this is excellent news and can provide a standard baseline to compare to if your cat or dog becomes ill.

How long does it take to get blood test results?

Our in-house blood results can be processed in less than an hour. However, some advanced tests are sent out to an outside laboratory which can take up to 2 to 3 business days to be returned to the clinic.
